Our Returns Policy
We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for an exchange or store credit. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. Sale items are final & can not be returned. Please see faulty items information below in the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.
For all Returns / exchanges please email info@shopkaliyuga.com quoting your order number.
Cost of returns are at the expense of the customer and we recommend sending on a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order.
Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly to arrange the exchange. A credit may be supplied subject to our assessment, and at our discretion.
Postage will be charged to any exchange orders.
Returns Process
Once you have emailed and requested a return / exchange we will come back to you with return instructions.
All items need to be returned to us promptly within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once the return has been received items will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or we can apply a credit to your account using a voucher code. Kali Yuga will contact you to confirm finalisation of the return / exchange . If there are signs that the item is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return and will communicate with you around this.
Faulty Items
We take special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. We will also carefully package your items to protect them during transit. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received we will of course replace the item at our cost or offer a full refund.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a credit or refund to the value of the purchase doing our best to keep you very happy.
Please note when purchasing the majority of ceramic products on Kali Yuga that these are hand made and each individual piece is unique in its own texture, look and finish. These products may differ from piece to piece and this is not a fault but a beautiful quality of the craftsmanship.
Customs Charges on International Orders
Some countries may charge customs or import duties when the package reaches your destination country and for which you may be liable. You may be asked to pay these charges before you can receive your delivery.
These charges are your responsibility and Kali Yuga cannot pay these charges on your behalf. We recommend contacting your local customs office to gain more information on receiving orders from Australia.
Orders returned due to non payment of duties will be subject to further charges.
